the duplex was quite large. it included two toilets, a terrace, and a balcony (i was impressed). a complimentary wine and some nuts were there too.
i noticed the pool music was not ideal. pop music played constantly (even on my back patio). i think relaxing spa music would suit the atmosphere better.

The pool music was not ideal at all, and it played pop music i don't like. it was inescapable even on my back patio. The volume could have been lower! the hotel is fairly isolated too. whether that works for you depends on your goals, but it wasn't ideal for me. parking is a few designated spaces along the road, and i'm not sure what happens if the spaces are all occupied.

serene getaway
sauna viewreally good servicetranquil resort
I found such tranquility at the hotel. it really lived up to its name, the resort was beautiful. the sauna, especially, had a amazing view, it captured the resort's essence. the staff seemed like family. Ayoze, jonatan, david, diego, eduardo, pedro, mariola, and adriana were all amazing.
one very minor thing, the gym could use a bit more cleaning, i noticed some dust.

the bar staff, including ayoze, jonatan, david, and diego, were always attentive. reception staff, raul and manuel, were helpful and solved requests quickly. i experienced great hospitality throughout the resort.

The resort is a short taxi ride from the main areas, this offers a peaceful setting. a spar convenience shop is only a minute away. It made it very easy to get necessities. there is also an italian restaurant a few minutes walk away.

I found the breakfast staff friendly and cute. the fresh omelettes were a definite highlight. the pool bar was open late.

the rooms were duplex style. they included a kitchenette. the pool and jacuzzi were well kept. the rooftop sauna offered a panoramic view. i was able to relax and unwind.
